App and developer identity
This privacy policy applies to the Android app Tinnitus Trainer, package identifier com.drawdownbrands.warren, published on Google Play by Drawdown Brands. In this policy, “Drawdown Brands,” “we,” and “us” refer to the developer and publisher of Tinnitus Trainer.
Tinnitus Trainer does not require an account. Your onboarding answers, programme progress, preferences, and session history are stored locally on your Android device. Drawdown Brands does not receive those answers on its own servers.
Information handled by Tinnitus Trainer
Information stored on your device
Tinnitus Trainer may store the following information locally:
- Answers provided during onboarding, including tinnitus, sleep, hearing, and attention-related answers.
- Programme progress, completed sessions, preferences, and reminder settings.
- Locally calculated scores and summaries used to personalise the programme.
This information remains in the app's local storage unless you remove Tinnitus Trainer or clear its data through Android Settings.
Subscription and purchase information
Purchases are processed by Google through Google Play. Tinnitus Trainer uses RevenueCat to initiate purchases, restore purchases, and confirm subscription status. Google Play and RevenueCat may process an anonymous app user identifier, product identifiers, transaction and subscription status, device and app information, and technical information needed to provide those services.
Drawdown Brands does not send your onboarding answers or programme history to RevenueCat. Google and RevenueCat process purchase information under their own privacy policies: Google privacy policy and RevenueCat privacy policy.
Advertising attribution and measurement
Tinnitus Trainer uses Meta App Events to understand whether advertising led to an app installation, app launch, trial, or Google Play subscription. Meta may receive the Android advertising identifier, IP address, device and app information, and standard purchase or subscription event information needed for attribution and measurement.
Tinnitus Trainer does not send Meta your onboarding answers, tinnitus or hearing details, programme activity, lesson activity, reminder choices, or free-form text. Meta processes event information under the Meta privacy policy.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, Tinnitus Trainer uses Android's notification system for reminders you choose. Reminder preferences are stored on your device. You can change notification permission at any time in Android Settings.
Information handled by this website
This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or contact forms. The website hosting provider may receive standard technical logs, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and request time, for security and reliable delivery.
How information is used
Information handled by Tinnitus Trainer is used to:
- Provide and personalise the 60-day programme on your device.
- Save progress and preferences between sessions.
- Process, verify, and restore Google Play subscriptions.
- Measure app installations and subscriptions attributed to advertising.

Sharing and sale of information
Drawdown Brands does not sell personal information. Limited device, app, advertising identifier, and purchase event information is shared with Meta for advertising attribution and measurement. Purchase information is also handled by Google Play and RevenueCat as described above. Questionnaire answers and programme activity are not shared with Meta, Google Play, or RevenueCat. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when necessary to protect users, the service, or the public.
Retention
Locally stored app information remains on your Android device until it is removed through the app, Android Settings, or deletion of the app. Google and RevenueCat retain purchase records according to their respective policies and legal obligations.
